Qualifications

Proven experience managing a portfolio of accounts and developing strategic plans for gaining new business with upper middle market and enterprise SaaS Platform companies. Exceptional relationship-building skills, particularly with C-level executives, ensuring impactful engagement at executive touchpoints. Expertise in overseeing the complete sales process from lead generation to closing deals with upper middle market and enterprise clients. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Finance) to conduct complex product workshops and financial analyses. Skilled in negotiating tailored commercial and contractual agreements. Contributive mindset towards shaping platform partnership strategies, creating repeatable processes, and scalable engagement models. Commitment to leading team initiatives aimed at refining the sales process. Engagement with Product and Engineering teams to influence product strategy.

As a vital member of the Stripe Platforms team, you will cultivate and elevate relationships within a designated account portfolio while identifying new avenues for growth and ensuring Stripe consistently exceeds client expectations.
