Acting as their trusted advisor, you'll regularly engage with customers to gauge satisfaction and explore their evolving needs. Your expertise will contribute significantly to shaping the OMP solution roadmap, enabling us to retain clients, deepen engagement, and sustainably grow our customer base.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Developing exceptional customer partnerships that span the full customer life cycle.
- Building and managing long-term relationships with stakeholders across various levels.
- Gaining a deep understanding of our customers' industry context, challenges, and specific needs.
- Effectively communicating customer requirements and concerns to internal teams (delivery, marketing, etc.).
- Crafting and executing an account strategy aligned with OMP’s culture and objectives, incorporating short-, mid-, and long-term action plans.
- Mapping stakeholders using organizational charts of customer leadership teams.
- Collaborating with the project team throughout all project phases to ensure optimized governance.
- Maximizing customer engagement and retention by enhancing OMP awareness and presence within the customer's organization.
- Guiding clients towards the optimal use of our solutions as the primary contact after project delivery.
- Organizing and conducting account management meetings to assess customer needs, review performance metrics, and share pertinent content.
- Negotiating new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Creating and managing both short-term and strategic account action plans that align with customer initiatives.
- Balancing and dynamically prioritizing multiple customer engagements.
- Shaping and managing customer expectations as relationships evolve.
