What We Seek:
Challenge Manufacturing’s Internship Program is designed to provide students with invaluable real-world experience through both technical and software exposure. This is achieved through individual projects and hands-on tasks on the manufacturing floor, among other activities. We take pride in offering students a head start in the automotive industry, enhancing their future career prospects.
We are currently seeking an Advanced Quality Engineer Intern to become a part of our dynamic team!
Your Responsibilities:
- Assist in the launch of new programs.
- Contribute to Control Plans to ensure consistency and compliance in processes and quality.
- Revise Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) documentation to proactively identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Develop Safe Launch documentation to guarantee adequate validation, containment, and monitoring during program ramp-ups.
- Provide on-site launch support activities as necessary to facilitate seamless program implementation.
Work Schedule:
This position will be on the 1st Shift / 8 am - 5 pm, Monday to Friday, at our Corporate Office in Grand Rapids, MI.
