Your Key Responsibilities:
As a Solution Consultant, you will leverage your advanced technical skills to develop, position, and deliver product-specific solutions during sales cycles while meeting quarterly and annual sales targets for your designated territory.
- Serve as a technical and domain expert within a client-facing sales team to support product sales.
- Facilitate discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and deliver product demonstrations that align our solutions with their needs.
- Address technical inquiries and product feature questions from customers, channel partners, and ServiceNow colleagues.
- Provide valuable feedback to product management regarding enhancements that can better meet customer needs and deliver additional value.
- Collaborate with fellow Solution Consultants to share best practices and reusable assets, enhancing team quality and efficiency.
- Stay informed on competitive analysis and market differentiation strategies.
- Assist in marketing initiatives, including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.
