Job Purpose
In the role of Agile Project Manager, you will be instrumental in steering the full-cycle delivery of top-notch software products, ensuring adherence to our established Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and quality benchmarks. As the key liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, you will guarantee that project goals are achieved through iterative planning and open communication. Your mission will involve cultivating a collaborative atmosphere that enables teams to be agile and responsive to shifting client demands. By customizing Agile methodologies to fit specific project requirements, you will enhance efficiency and secure outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead essential Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives to promote team cohesion and ongoing improvement.
- Manage stakeholder relations by assessing expectations, ensuring clear communication, and providing regular updates on progress and forecasts.
- Oversee project resource distribution and capacity planning to maintain team availability and optimal performance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and preserve crucial project documents, including iteration timelines, risk management strategies, and communication plans.
- Monitor project budgets and labor costs to ensure compliance with authorized funding and maintain fiscal accountability.
- Facilitate the iterative refinement of product backlogs and scopes to quickly adapt to changing requirements.
- Identify and address project risks through ongoing reviews of incremental deliverables and collaborative decision-making.
- Support team development through performance feedback, conflict resolution, and enhancement of overall skills and interactions.
