The Role: AI and ISV Partner Business Development Manager
We are constructing Nebius' next-generation partner ecosystem, positioning this role at its core.

This is not a conventional partner management position; we seek a visionary builder who can identify, recruit, and activate transformative partners that yield genuine business results. You will architect and expand Nebius’ ISV and AI partner ecosystem from inception, forging partnerships that create new pipelines, unlock new accounts, and grow through scalable co-selling initiatives.

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of Nebius’ ISV partner ecosystem from the ground up, focusing on key target accounts, crafting strategy, segmentation, onboarding frameworks, and long-term growth models.
  • Identify, recruit, and secure high-impact AI and ISV partners to facilitate new customer acquisition and enhance revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement scalable co-sell strategies, integrating partners into Nebius’ primary sales initiatives and strategic opportunities.
  • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline growth, emphasizing net-new accounts and expansions.
  • Establish structured frameworks for joint business planning, pipeline generation, forecasting, and performance management.
  • Oversee joint go-to-market execution, ensuring partners actively generate demand and influence deals.
  • Enhance partner technical readiness and platform adoption through comprehensive onboarding, enablement, and collaborative solution development.
  • Act as a principal architect of Nebius’ partner program, encompassing co-sell models, incentives, and engagement strategies.
