What is the role about?
As an AI Data Specialist at NiCE, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging AI toolsets to define, develop, manage, and enhance NiCE Enlighten AI’s data solutions. You will act as an expert in Interaction Analytics, understanding key data development and the significant value derived from unstructured customer interactions. Collaborating closely with the Customer Engagement Analytics (CEA) Research, Product, and Services teams, you will blend your data expertise with cutting-edge technology and client insights to achieve team objectives.
Your proficiency in extracting insights from structured data, sourced from unstructured Customer Experience (CX) interactions, will empower the Enlighten AI data team to construct scalable, innovative data structures that drive operational and measurable outcomes. Your responsibilities will include developing foundational data structures and adapting to evolving client requests for enhancements, ensuring successful execution plans within your area of expertise.
The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, equipped with strong communication and analytical skills, and possesses technical proficiency. A self-starter, you are eager to engage hands-on, learning and validating new toolsets while focusing on the ultimate goals for our data solutions. How will you impact our objectives?
- Act as the focal point for developing predefined data structures for automated analysis of extensive CX interactions across various channels (audio, chat, email, social, etc.)
- Validate completed and evolving data structures to meet high standards of precision and recall
- Test new tools from Research to support data structure development
- Provide feedback to Research and Product teams on collaborative improvements.
