About the job
CommandLink is hiring an AI Engineer focused on LLM Systems and agentic workflows. This position is based in the United Kingdom. The core mission is to design, develop, and maintain AI infrastructure that powers intelligent automation across the CommandLink platform.
What You Will Do
- Agentic Workflow Engineering: Design and build multi-step LLM workflows using best practices.
- Develop and manage production-level LLM workflows with Temporal, ensuring reliability and scalability.
- Implement security measures and policy controls for LLM operations, with a focus on safe deployment.
- Address complex challenges, including prompt injection, output trust, and runtime governance within specific domains.
- Work closely with Engineering and Product leads to create agentic workflows for deterministic operations. These workflows should deliver context-aware insights, triage, investigations, and remediation in a way that is reliable, observable, and policy-compliant.
- Design systems with failure, latency, and adversarial inputs in mind from the start, rather than adding safety controls after the fact.
What Stands Out
This field changes quickly and brings genuinely unsolved problems. CommandLink is looking for someone with strong opinions and experience building trustworthy AI systems for production use.
