Location and Work Model
This Senior Coach role at Guild is fully remote within the United States. Candidates must reside and be eligible to work full-time in one of these states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KS, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, NC, NH, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI, or Washington D. C. Please note that eligible states may change as hiring needs evolve.
The position requires availability for either a 7am–4pm Mountain Time shift or an 11am–8pm Mountain Time shift. Guild values a geographically distributed team across the US.
Schedule: 40 hours per week, full-time.

Role Overview
Senior Guild Coaches manage a caseload of learners enrolled through employer partners. The role involves working closely with learners to identify their goals and support them as they pursue education and career advancement.
