Role Overview
This role focuses on building AI-driven applications and systems that support Finite State’s sales, support, and growth efforts. The position suits a product-minded engineer who enjoys working closely with business leaders to turn challenges into software solutions, agents, and workflows that improve customer experiences and internal execution. The engineer will take ownership of projects from concept to launch, with an emphasis on AI-first experiences, sound architecture, and quick iteration.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop internal tools that improve efficiency for go-to-market, operations, and customer support teams.
- Design and release AI-native products, agent-based workflows, and end-to-end full-stack systems.
- Build integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot, product data, and other business platforms.
- Create AI-powered workflows to enhance speed, decision-making, and execution quality.
- Set up dependable data flows, orchestration layers, and scalable architecture.
- Work with business stakeholders to identify key challenges and deliver practical solutions quickly.
- Apply modern AI development tools and engineering practices to deliver results efficiently while upholding quality.
