Qualifications:
Exceptional written and spoken English proficiency
3 to 7 years of extensive experience in software engineering
Advanced skills in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript; familiarity with Java, C#, or Go is a plus
Hands-on experience in backend or full-stack development within production environments
Proficient in testing frameworks such as pytest, Jest, JUnit, xUnit, and Go testing
Demonstrated ability to debug and work with complex, multi-file codebases
Experience in code reviews, refactoring, and migration processes

As a contributor, you will create and assess realistic software engineering tasks that encompass bug fixing, feature development, code refactoring, migrations, and test generation. Your work will entail crafting intricate coding challenges and evaluating peer submissions for quality assurance.
This role is consultant-based, with payment structured per project. Hourly rates are estimates based on expected completion times. Consultants have the flexibility to manage their schedules, utilize their own tools, and may work with other clients as long as it complies with their policies.

Ensure consistency between specifications, code, and intended outputs
