The Role:
As an AI Strategist at Tenex Labs, you will serve as the vital link between our clients' objectives and concrete, measurable results. You will collaborate closely with executives and operational teams to identify bottlenecks, highlight significant opportunities, and transform business challenges into actionable, AI-driven solutions. Your work will encompass diagnostic assessments, product sprints, and hands-on implementation, ensuring that AI transitions from concept to daily operations, delivering significant impact within weeks rather than months.
What You’ll Do:
AI Strategy Audits: Lead 2-4 week diagnostic projects to analyze workflows, quantify challenges, identify data assets, and prioritize high-ROI AI opportunities. Present executive-ready evaluations that rank initiatives based on impact and effort, along with a clear, phased execution roadmap.
Product & Strategy Sprints: Design and facilitate focused sprints that combine customer insights, data analysis, product strategy, rapid prototyping, and implementation planning, enabling decisions in weeks instead of quarters.
Workflow Automation & AI Build: Collaborate closely with Forward-Deployed Engineers to design and implement automated and AI-enhanced workflows utilizing off-the-shelf SaaS tools, low-code platforms, and Tenex’s proprietary capabilities.
Change Management & Enablement: Spearhead training and enablement initiatives that transform prototypes into daily processes. Assess adoption, refine user experiences, and cultivate internal advocates to ensure sustained long-term impact.
