Join Us as an Application Analyst N2/N3
In your role as an IT Support Technician, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing level N2 incidents effectively.
- Identifying incidents caused by user training gaps and relaying these needs to the relevant parties.
- Providing guidance to users to ensure optimal application usage.
- Maintaining an organized record of ongoing cases in line with service objectives.
- Engaging in continuous training on applications supported by the helpdesk.
- Analyzing Service Desk calls to implement corrective actions (training, configuration, etc.).
- Collaborating with level 2 teams from other countries, primarily Italy and the Iberian Peninsula.
- Enhancing the quality of content in knowledge bases in conjunction with N1, N2, and N3 Support teams.
- Participating in user acceptance testing (modules) during the transition to the support team.
