Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement machine learning and AI-driven features for production systems.
Utilize supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning techniques to analyze both structured and unstructured datasets.
Create and assess models for various tasks including classification, ranking, prediction, natural language processing, and anomaly detection.
Develop and integrate Generative AI solutions such as LLM-based workflows, retrieval-augmented generation, and intelligent agents.
Convert business and user requirements into ML problem statements, metrics, and experimental designs.
Establish data pipelines and feature engineering processes to facilitate model training and inference.
Evaluate model performance, address bias, monitor drift, and ensure reliability, iterating based on outcomes.
Collaborate with software engineers to embed models into APIs, services, and user-facing applications.
Contribute to architectural decisions related to model deployment, scalability, and cost efficiency.
Document methodologies, assumptions, and trade-offs to enhance maintainability and knowledge sharing.
What You Bring:
Solid foundation in machine learning principles, including model selection, training, validation, and evaluation.
Proven experience in building and deploying ML models in real-world contexts.
Proficiency in Python and familiarity with major ML libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and scikit-learn.
Experience with large language models, embeddings, and prompt-driven systems.
Knowledge of data processing tools and workflows (e.g., Pandas, SQL, Spark, or equivalent).
Understanding of software engineering principles and collaboration in cross-functional teams.
