Exceptional communication and collaboration skills are vital, along with proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.

We are currently looking for an Architecture Design Coordinator to enhance our vibrant Civic + Cultural team. In this role, you will thrive within a culture that emphasizes collaboration, technical mastery, and ongoing development. Notable projects include the West Hollywood Park Aquatics and Recreation Center, Michelle Obama Library, and Environmental Nature Center. Collaborate with diverse teams across our studios in California and Texas to bring high-performance, community-focused designs to fruition.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Architecture Design Coordinator, you will engage actively from the initial concept through to project completion, supporting and collaborating with project teams to:

  • Assist Project Architects, Designers, and Managers in executing specific tasks.
  • Prepare and manage documentation for schematic design, design development, and construction documentation.
  • Develop and implement innovative design and detailing solutions.
  • Support Project Leaders in client engagement and overall project coordination.
  • Facilitate contract administration by reviewing submittals and addressing RFIs.
  • Conduct research on materials, systems, and construction methods to uphold design intent.
  • Provide mentorship to junior designers while receiving guidance from firm leadership.
