Assembler (1st Shift)

FLSA: Non-exempt

The Assembler at our Phoenix, AZ metal project plant is not just a position; it’s the start of an exciting career with a dynamic company. We seek motivated individuals eager to grow with us. Your Responsibilities

As an Assembler, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing of high-quality windows and glass products. This hands-on role involves assembling window systems, installing components, applying sealants, and conducting quality inspections of finished units. You will work on flow line and bench production stations within a collaborative team environment, prioritizing safety, precision, and quality.

  • Set up production stations according to job specifications.
  • Utilize air-powered tools and departmental machinery to assemble components.
  • Clean, seal, and apply weather stripping to windows and frames.
  • Employ tape measures, drills, and other tools to install hardware and glass.
  • Fabricate and hang sashes.
  • Perform quality checks on assembled products.
  • Load and prepare items for shipping and production.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Adhere to company quality standards and standard operating procedures.
  • Lead and support team efforts as needed.
  • Participate in OSHA safety training and comply with all PPE and JSA guidelines.

Success in this role requires the ability to perform all essential duties and responsibilities to a satisfactory level.
