Qualifications

Must have active student status for at least one more year. Willingness to work at least 25 hours per week. Intermediate level of English language skills. Proficient in computer skills, including intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook. Possession of a category B driving license with active driving experience. Strong communication skills. Proactive attitude. Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Open-minded personality. Customer-oriented approach. Ability to manage stress effectively.

About the job

  • Organizes and oversees maintenance of office spaces and equipment, including planning, arranging, and cleaning office furnishings and supplies.
  • Performs inventory management tasks for IT equipment, furniture, and office supplies.
  • Assists with administrative and operational tasks related to the company's vehicle fleet management.
  • Evaluates and verifies the accuracy of procurement documents, monitoring inventory changes.
  • Handles the receipt, registration, issuance, and periodic inventory of the company's tangible assets.
  • Supports documentation management for tangible assets.
  • Ensures the smooth functioning of daily operations at the company's locations.
  • Participates in the tangible asset request process and supports activation procedures.
  • Manages reported issues, involving subcontractors when necessary.
  • Provides administrative support to ensure appropriate contractual background.
  • Collaborates with external service providers.
  • Responsible for the continuous updating of related documentation and databases.
  • Prepares reports as required.
  • Monitors and manages tickets related to the area in the ticket management system.
