Primary Responsibilities:
Your mission is to preserve and protect our community assets. You are passionate about maintenance and inspire those around you. As an Assistant Building Maintenance Manager, you will:
- Lead by example, embodying the core values and culture of Bozzuto.
- Demonstrate care for our residents by ensuring prompt responses and thorough completion of service requests.
- Address maintenance issues across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs.
- Oversee the make-ready and apartment turnover process with precision and efficiency to facilitate new resident moves.
- Uphold the property's value through consistent execution of preventative maintenance programs.
- Maintain the aesthetic appeal and safety of the building through diligent upkeep, snow removal, and grounds maintenance.
- Ensure optimal operational efficiency for all property systems.
- Comply with building, county, and safety codes while maintaining an accident-free workplace.
- Participate in weekend work and emergency on-call duties.
