The Role of Assistant Store Manager at Cozey
We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Assistant Store Manager to aid in the successful launch and daily operations of our Chicago pop-up store. As a pivotal leader on the sales floor, you will work closely with the Store Manager to maintain Cozey’s high service standards, operational efficiency, and store aesthetics.

As this is a temporary pop-up location, we are looking for someone who is passionate about creating, managing, and upholding excellence in a vibrant, time-sensitive retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, serving as a floor leader and primary contact during shifts.
- Inspire and guide Cozey Ambassadors on the sales floor to deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales objectives.
- Interact with customers by providing product recommendations, aiding with orders, and ensuring a seamless checkout experience using Shopify POS.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs to maintain stock availability.
