Role Overview:
In your role on Cresta's Conversation Design team, you will play a key part in crafting high-quality AI conversation models that provide real-time coaching and support for contact center agents. You will also be responsible for designing engaging conversational experiences for virtual agents across both voice and chat platforms. This position involves extensive collaboration with diverse teams, including Machine Learning, Data Science, Program Management, Customer Success, Product Leadership, and Engineering. Additionally, you will engage directly with customers to ensure alignment on solution design and empower them to create their own models using Cresta Opera, our proprietary self-service tool.
