About the Role:
In this role, you will collaborate with various stakeholders across Oscar to represent departmental interests in strategic initiatives and address business challenges related to internal processes. You will spearhead the design, optimization, and implementation of processes that align with organizational goals. This involves gathering business requirements, managing project timelines, documenting critical project decisions, overseeing project governance, applying relevant frameworks, conducting data analysis, and developing effective risk mitigation strategies across multiple initiatives and stakeholders simultaneously.
You will report to the Associate Director, MPSO - Optimization.
Work Location: This position is based in our Tempe, Arizona office, requiring a hybrid work schedule with three days of in-office presence each week. Thursdays are mandatory in-office days for team meetings and events, while the other two office days are flexible to suit your schedule. #LI-Hybrid
Pay Transparency: The base salary for this role ranges from $84,240 to $101,565 annually, plus eligibility for employee benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program, and annual performance bonuses.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the comprehensive management of cross-functional projects, including the creation of project plans, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring timely completion through effective collaboration.
- Assess departmental performance by creating, gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data and metrics, and assisting in the development and implementation of departmental metrics and mitigation strategies.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to devise proactive implementation, communication, and program strategies for successful change management and risk mitigation initiatives.
- Mentor team members and foster their professional growth and development.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
