Delivery Hero is hiring an Associate Onboarding & Training Specialist for Local Shops in Amman. This role focuses on guiding new partners through the onboarding process and helping them get started smoothly. The position plays a key part in supporting local shop owners as they learn to use the Delivery Hero platform.

What You Will Do

  • Facilitate onboarding for new local shop partners, making sure they have the tools and knowledge to launch successfully.
  • Deliver training sessions that help shop owners understand and use the platform to improve their daily operations and customer service.
  • Support partners as they adapt to the platform, answering questions and offering practical guidance.
