Join our dynamic global team of retail visionaries at CLIENT, where we specialize in Multi-Channel Retailing, eCommerce, Customer Analytics, and Merchandising. As part of the Retail Center of Competence, you will be instrumental in shaping solutions and transformative programs that guide retailers on customer-centric journeys worldwide.

As an Associate Partner, you will play a critical role in driving consulting sales across Retail Multi-Channel, eCommerce, and Order Management initiatives. You will lead technology, process, and strategic change engagements for CLIENT's extensive retail clientele both in the U. S. and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Provide direction across all phases of large, complex projects, managing functional and cross-organizational teams effectively.
  • Sales & Proposal Management: Collaborate with clients to define project vision and objectives. Guide proposal teams in developing project scopes and solutions while adhering to quality assurance standards.
  • Project Delivery: Facilitate the transition from sales to delivery, leading sessions and presentations with client executives. Identify and secure additional opportunities for engagement.
  • Knowledge Management: Ensure the effective utilization and collection of intellectual capital throughout engagements.
  • People Management: Mentor junior consultants and support their development within the proposal team and delivery roles.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with client executives, establishing credibility from the outset.
  • Competency: Be recognized as a subject matter expert in your field and CLIENT's offerings.
  • Retail Community Engagement: Actively contribute to the creation, protection, and reuse of CLIENT's intellectual capital by participating in forums, conferences, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

This position may require frequent international travel.

Candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance (typically 50 miles or less) from major U. S. cities including Atlanta, GA; Boston, MA; Charlotte, NC; Chicago, IL; and others.
