Title: Associate Product Manager - Lending

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with business, growth, design, and cross-functional teams to grasp product use cases, customer journeys, and the business impact of each use case.
- Demonstrate proficiency in understanding various technology platforms and their functionalities while working with solution architects and engineering leads to draft detailed product requirement documents, manage roadmaps, and deliverables.
- Take ownership of the complete product lifecycle for lending journeys, including onboarding, credit decisioning, disbursement, repayment, and closure.
- Define and optimize funnels to enhance adoption, minimize drop-offs, and elevate approval and disbursement rates.
- Leverage data to pinpoint bottlenecks, formulate hypotheses, conduct experiments (A/B testing), and monitor outcomes.
- Engage actively in the development process - test products proactively, run edge cases, provide early-stage feedback, and ensure comprehensive journey tracking and product reporting for key performance indicators.
- Utilize SQL or similar query languages, along with Excel, to independently access, analyze, and validate data.
- Monitor essential product and data metrics (OKRs and KPIs) and adjust strategies for optimization as necessary.
- Keep abreast of RBI regulations, compliance standards, industry best practices, and credit bureau operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field, complemented by an MBA from a top-tier institution.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in product management.
- In-depth understanding of lending within product management, particularly in building credit platform products, along with knowledge of the Fintech/BFSI/lending domain.
- Solution-oriented mindset thriving in a dynamic and high-energy environment.
- Strong intuition for exceptional customer experience; proven track record of developing innovative and user-centric products and features.
- Excellent oral, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
