Position Overview

As an Associate Technical Account Manager (TAM) I, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the seamless integration of TrustArc products while providing support to clients ranging from small businesses to large enterprises. You'll cultivate robust client relationships that drive retention and growth, identifying opportunities for improvement to enhance overall client satisfaction. This role demands meticulous attention to detail, experience in managing enterprise-level accounts, data analysis expertise, excellent organizational capabilities, strong troubleshooting skills, and a solid understanding of web architecture. Your contributions will be vital in helping our team consistently exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver Tier 1 technical support for TrustArc's Cookie Consent Manager solution.
  • Address all incoming client inquiries via Zendesk with professionalism and courtesy, swiftly resolving customer issues.
  • Interpret customer needs and convert them into strategic solutions and actionable recommendations.
