Position Overview We are seeking an exceptionally organized and detail-oriented Treasury Manager to join our dynamic Treasury team. This critical role will serve as the foundation for our global bank account administration and maintenance, ensuring all banking documentation is accurate, compliant, and up-to-date. The ideal candidate will utilize their technical and analytical prowess to enhance and automate banking processes, collaborating effectively with finance, legal, and both internal and external stakeholders. This position is intended for candidates located in Dublin, aligning with our hybrid work model. Key Responsibilities 1. Bank Account Management & Documentation Bank Account Management (BAM): Oversee the complete lifecycle of global bank accounts, including the setup of new accounts, coordination of closures, and modifications to existing account services. Know Your Customer (KYC): Serve as the primary contact for all global bank KYC and due diligence requests, ensuring timely and accurate submission of necessary corporate documentation. Signatory Management: Ensure the integrity of global bank signatory lists, working closely with legal and internal teams to execute and monitor signatory and mandate updates efficiently. 2. Process Improvement & Automation Efficiency Focus: Identify and address time-consuming administrative tasks within bank account management, proposing solutions for automation and simplification. Technology Implementation Support: Collaborate with the Treasury Director and Managers during the implementation of the global Treasury Management System (TMS), focusing on bank connectivity, account management, and bank fee analysis modules. Digitalization: Lead the digital transformation of bank files, records, and documentation to establish a centralized and easily auditable database. 3. Compliance and Controls Support Maintain a well-organized and current repository of all global bank account documentation, service agreements, fee schedules, and related control evidence. Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary bank administration documentation regarding account ownership and access. Ensure compliance with internal Treasury policies related to bank accounts, signatories, and documentation standards. 4. Cross-Functional Coordination Work collaboratively with Legal, Tax, Compliance, and Accounting teams to gather essential information and approvals for bank administration activities.
