We are on the lookout for Automotive Technical Support Specialists who possess robust workshop experience and excellent communication skills in English plus one of the following languages: Hungarian, German, French, Dutch, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, or Swedish.
This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of automotive innovation, providing technical, diagnostic, warranty, and aftersales process guidance to authorized repairers and independent operators.
Your Responsibilities
- Deliver expert technical assistance to retailers and workshops through various channels, including a ticketing system, chat, and phone.
- Assist technicians with diagnostics, root-cause analysis, and repair instructions across diverse vehicle systems, including EV and HV technologies.
- Analyze technical inquiries, pinpoint key issues, and guide retailers toward effective solutions.
- Collaborate with dealer technicians, field engineers, and internal teams to resolve complex cases.
- Occasionally conduct vehicle testing or coordinate field engineer visits as necessary.
- Maintain precise case documentation in internal systems.
- Engage in training sessions and facilitate ongoing knowledge exchange.
