Your Role as an Account Manager at N2JSoft:
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of B2B clients, primarily consisting of SMEs, along with a few larger accounts. Your mission will be to ensure client satisfaction, identify growth opportunities, and foster long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Portfolio Management and Development:
Monitor and manage an existing client portfolio, mainly SMEs, with a personalized approach tailored to their needs and maturity. - Build trust-based relationships with key stakeholders (management, operational teams, etc.) and act as a daily partner.
Strategic Guidance and Consulting:
Conduct needs analysis, provide tailored recommendations, and assist in implementing our solutions.
- Regularly track performance and define actions to maximize value for each client.
Revenue Development:
Identify and qualify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with a consultative approach.
- Prepare and negotiate contract renewals.
Collaborative Cross-Department Work:
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
