Your Responsibilities

  • Strategic Marketing Development:
    • Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at attracting and retaining clients from Insurance Agencies and Carriers.
    • Identify target audiences, establish positioning, messaging, and select appropriate channels.
  • Content Creation and Distribution:
    • Produce engaging content tailored to B2B audiences, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, webinars, and success stories.
    • Disseminate content through key channels, prioritizing platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook.
  • Sales Team Collaboration:
    • Partner closely with sales and account management teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with sales goals.
    • Provide sales enablement materials and support to facilitate revenue growth.
  • Brand Oversight:
    • Maintain consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels and materials.
    • Adhere to brand standards and guidelines in all communications.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting:
    • Monitor key performance indicators and analyze the success of marketing campaigns.
    • Generate regular reports to communicate results and insights to stakeholders.
