The compensation for this role is competitive, with an annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $125,000.
Your Responsibilities
- Strategic Marketing Development:
- Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at attracting and retaining clients from Insurance Agencies and Carriers.
- Identify target audiences, establish positioning, messaging, and select appropriate channels.
- Content Creation and Distribution:
- Produce engaging content tailored to B2B audiences, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, webinars, and success stories.
- Disseminate content through key channels, prioritizing platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook.
- Sales Team Collaboration:
- Partner closely with sales and account management teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with sales goals.
- Provide sales enablement materials and support to facilitate revenue growth.
- Brand Oversight:
- Maintain consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels and materials.
- Adhere to brand standards and guidelines in all communications.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Monitor key performance indicators and analyze the success of marketing campaigns.
- Generate regular reports to communicate results and insights to stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated experience in video production, including basic editing and podcast production.
- Exceptional storytelling abilities, capable of transforming complex concepts into captivating narratives.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines and juggle multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in modern production and distribution tools, especially on platforms like YouTube and LinkedIn.
- Established background in B2B marketing.
- Solid understanding of marketing principles, tactics, and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
