Role overview
HiPeople is hiring a Backend-Focused Software Engineer to tackle complex backend challenges and uphold high standards for software quality. This is a hands-on role within a small team of fewer than 20 people. Each engineer’s work directly shapes the company’s progress toward $10M ARR and future growth.

- Design, build, and maintain key backend systems for the HiPeople platform
- Collaborate closely with founders and fellow engineers from the start
