Excellent phone presence with the ability to manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls effectively. Ability to quickly learn various computer systems. Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with exceptional organizational abilities. Outgoing and patient personality with a proven track record in customer relations. Professional personal appearance. Weekend availability is required.

  • Schedule service appointments and accurately log them in E-leads, noting any special requests from clients.
  • Manage incoming phone and internet inquiries.
  • Provide clients with updates on vehicle repair statuses and other service-related processes.
  • Collaborate closely with service advisors.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
