To be considered for this position, candidates should possess the following qualifications:A genuine passion for assisting children with autismPatience, compassion, and the ability to work effectively in a teamMust be 18 years of age or olderHigh school diploma or GED requiredWillingness to obtain CPR and First Aid certification, and a Tuberculosis test (if not completed in the last year)Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment background checkCapability to engage in various physical activities (sitting, squatting, bending, etc.)Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

In this fulfilling role, you'll work one-on-one with children implementing personalized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Your responsibilities will include utilizing evidence-based techniques to teach essential skills such as communication, social interaction, and daily living skills while effectively managing challenging behaviors. This position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a compassionate team that is committed to helping children reach their full potential.

We value patience, empathy, and teamwork, and although prior experience is not required, we provide comprehensive training to equip you for success. Please note that this role involves physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds, as you'll be actively engaging with children throughout the day.
