This rewarding position allows you to work closely with children, implementing customized behavior intervention plans under the mentorship of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

In this hands-on role, you will apply evidence-based techniques to foster essential skills in communication, social interactions, and daily living, while simultaneously mitigating challenging behaviors. Comprehensive training will be provided to equip you with the necessary tools to support every child, regardless of your previous experience. Given the dynamic nature of working with children, physical stamina is essential, as you will engage in various activities including standing, walking, sitting, reaching, bending, kneeling, and occasionally lifting or carrying children or objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
