The Opportunity:

We are excited to announce an opening for a Bilingual Estates Administrator to become a vital member of our Operations Team.

In this role, reporting to the Supervisor of Tax, Estates, and Client Reporting, you will manage the processing of estate settlements and tax reporting for both registered and non-registered accounts, adhering to CIRO (formerly IIROC and MFDA) regulations and our trustee guidelines.

Your Daily Responsibilities:

  • Execute estate settlements, manage journal processing, and issue tax documentation for estate accounts while addressing inquiries and issues according to internal deadlines.
  • Maintain up-to-date information and request channels (e.g., OSM, Laserfiche, mailbox).
  • Proactively offer assistance and uphold a positive demeanor in all interactions.
