Qualifications

You are the ideal candidate if:Spanish is your native language, or you can communicate fluently in Spanish, as you will sell our product exclusively to clients in Chile (a C1 language proficiency certificate is a plus). You have experience in sales (preferably consultative sales!) with the ability to negotiate and close deals. You possess excellent persuasive skills, with a proactive and ambitious profile. You practice active listening. You will have an advantage if:You have experience in internal sales and/or SaaS. You are familiar with and practice SPIN selling methodology. You have experience with CRMs.

As a Bilingual Internal Sales Representative at Doctoralia, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the entire sales cycle, from the initial contact to closing deals.

  • Conducting business meetings with healthcare professionals, understanding their needs, and presenting Doctoralia's solutions.

  • Meeting monthly sales and conversion targets.

  • Keeping the CRM updated with all relevant information about prospects and opportunities.

  • Collaborating with internal teams (Marketing, Customer Success, Product) to enhance the sales process and customer experience.
