Requirements:Fluency in English and Mandarin (native proficiency preferred). Availability to work weekends and public holidays with a fixed schedule. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service using effective soft skills. A genuine understanding of gaming culture, enabling you to provide in-depth troubleshooting support for games and PC/console issues. Strong analytical skills with the ability to process information accurately and efficiently. A collaborative team player. Passion for gaming is a plus, though we welcome applications from fresh graduates or those without prior customer service or gaming experience.

Join our dynamic team as a Bilingual Player Support Executive, where you will play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer support and resolving technical issues through various channels including email, chat, social media, and other online platforms.
  • Efficiently managing multiple simultaneous interactions via chat, email, and outbound calls while navigating interruptions from various platforms.
  • Diagnosing and advising on technical issues related to customers' computers, mobile apps, and video game consoles.
  • Recognizing and reporting trends in customer inquiries, providing valuable insights to team members based on thorough testing.
  • Escalating critical issues to supervisors in a timely manner.
  • Translating communications between Mandarin and English as needed.
  • Documenting reports and minutes in either English or Chinese.
