- Diagnosing and advising on technical issues related to customers' computers, mobile apps, and video game consoles.
- Recognizing and reporting trends in customer inquiries, providing valuable insights to team members based on thorough testing.
- Escalating critical issues to supervisors in a timely manner.
- Translating communications between Mandarin and English as needed.
- Documenting reports and minutes in either English or Chinese.
