Qualifications: Genuine passion for assisting children with autism. Ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate patience and compassion. Must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma or GED required. Must be able to obtain CPR and First Aid certifications and a Tuberculosis test (if not done in the last year). Clearance through a pre-employment background check. Physical capability to perform various movements (sitting, squatting, bending, etc.). Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds. Bilingual in Spanish is required.

As a Behavior Technician, you will engage directly with children, implementing tailored behavioral intervention plans guided by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Utilizing evidence-based strategies, you will teach essential skills in communication, social interaction, and daily living, while effectively managing challenging behaviors.

We seek individuals who are genuinely committed to helping children with autism achieve their fullest potential. Patience, compassion, and teamwork are essential qualities for success in this role. Comprehensive training will be provided, ensuring you are well-prepared to support each child, regardless of prior experience. Please note that this role requires physical activity, as you will be standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and occasionally lifting or carrying children or objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
