ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Educational Background: Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Licenses: Valid Texas SLP License and Driver's License
- Bilingual Proficiency - Spanish and English

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: As a Speech Language Pathologist at AIM, you will play a crucial role in enhancing lives through effective communication strategies. Your responsibilities may include:
- Designing and conducting individual and group therapy in alignment with IEP goals.
- Assessing student progress and determining appropriateness for therapy service termination.
- Performing independent evaluations to establish eligibility for services.
- Actively participating in IEP meetings for suitable placements and goal-setting.
- Collaborating with educators to promote communication skills within classroom activities.
- Providing guidance to school personnel on recognizing and addressing communication challenges.
- Communicating effectively with colleagues, students, and parents regarding therapy objectives.
- Creating a supportive learning environment that considers students' developmental levels.
- Coordinating evaluations of speech-language pathology services and implementing necessary adjustments.
- Assisting in the selection of appropriate equipment and instructional materials.
- Maintaining and filing all required reports and records.
