The Opportunity:

We are seeking a motivated Bilingual Transfers Administrator to become part of our Transfers team for a 12-month contract.

As a key contributor reporting to the Supervisor of Transfers, you will be responsible for the timely processing of transfer requests, conducting reviews and approvals, and addressing escalated issues. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player eager to gain knowledge and experience in a fast-paced environment.

Your Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process transfer requests in accordance with service level agreements.
  • Manage the transfers mailbox and organize incoming correspondence.
  • Initiate manual or ATON transfers, including internal transfers.
  • Track and follow up on the status of initiated transfers.
  • Provide operational support for transfer-related inquiries.
