Qualifications
Job Summary: We are looking for a committed and skilled Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team. The BCBA is crucial in creating and executing behavior intervention plans, performing assessments, and mentoring staff and caregivers. Responsibilities: Conduct thorough assessments to determine clients' behavioral needs and objectives. Design personalized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessments and clinical insights. Oversee the implementation of BIPs in diverse environments, including clinics, homes, schools, and through telehealth. Evaluate data to monitor intervention efficacy and adjust strategies as needed. Provide training and guidance to behavior technicians and other team members. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including speech and occupational therapists and educators, to deliver comprehensive treatment. Ensure meticulous and timely client documentation and progress reporting. Keep abreast of the latest research and methodologies in applied behavior analysis (ABA). Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications and Skills: A genuine passion for assisting children and families in achieving success. Proven experience in conducting functional behavior assessments and crafting BIPs. Strong data collection and analytical capabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with clients, families, and other professionals. Commitment to ethical standards and professional integrity.
