Join our dynamic team at Lookout Tavern as an Experienced Bottle Service Server dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences in a vibrant nightlife setting. Our ideal candidates thrive under pressure and can navigate loud, bustling environments with ease. As a full nightclub operation two nights a week, you will be required to work in energetic situations where communication may be challenging.
Our servers are expected to embody the 'Scottsdale style' in their attire, and those with a solid social media following and the ability to promote their own tables will be highly regarded.
The Role:
As a Bottle Service Server, your responsibilities include ensuring drinks are always filled, creating a joyful atmosphere, and cultivating relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits. You should be personable, approachable, and enthusiastic, even on tough nights. Strong knowledge of various liquors and champagnes is essential, alongside excellent sales skills. We encourage you to express your personality, whether that’s dancing on the bar or engaging with customers in a fun way.
This position is exclusively for qualified candidates who can demonstrate their ability to provide an outstanding VIP bottle service experience.
