Role Overview:
- Serve as a key liaison between UK business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring seamless communication.
- Lead requirement gathering sessions and workshops with UK Product Owners, driving clarity and understanding.
- Analyze business objectives, processes, and challenges to propose innovative and effective solutions.
- Create comprehensive business requirement documents (BRD), functional specifications, and user stories to guide development.
- Assist Product Owners in defining product roadmaps and prioritizing backlogs to align with strategic goals.
- Develop wireframes and mockups to visually represent requirements and enhance understanding.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, development, and UX to ensure cohesive project execution.
- Engage in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and reviews, actively participating in Agile/Scrum practices.
- Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments for proposed changes and enhancements.
- Ensure that business requirements are accurately interpreted and implemented by technical teams.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support to stakeholders throughout UAT cycles.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues clearly and promptly to all stakeholders.
