Qualifications:Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on ServiceNow within an enterprise setting. Thorough understanding of IAM / IGA concepts, access management, and security controls. Hands-on experience with ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management. Familiarity with Security Operations workflows and best practices in Information Security. Experience collaborating with DevOps teams and utilizing agile delivery models. Proficient analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills. Capability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications:Experience in financial services or other highly regulated environments. Knowledge of ServiceNow modules related to Security Operations, GRC, or ITSM.

This role emphasizes a robust understanding of Access & Identity Management (AIM/IAM) frameworks, Information Security processes, and the optimization of access management. Collaborating closely with engineering, DevOps, InfoSec, and various business stakeholders, you will contribute to delivering scalable, compliant, and efficient solutions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a vital link between business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements pertinent to ServiceNow platforms.
- Utilize ServiceNow to streamline AIM/IAM frameworks and enhance Information Security processes.
- Support initiatives related to Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Security Operations, and IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with DevOps and cross-functional teams to ensure that solutions are scalable, secure, and comply with enterprise standards.
- Participate in solution design reviews to ensure alignment with security, audit, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in testing, validation, and deployment activities, ensuring the delivered solutions meet business expectations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within ServiceNow.
- Provide ongoing support, documentation, and knowledge transfer to stakeholders and operational teams.
