Position Overview

To fuel the rapid growth of our Ideals VDR division in the United States, we seek a dynamic Account Executive (Business Development Associate) based in the Miami area. You will be part of our Field Sales team, collaborating with colleagues from NYC, Chicago, Boston, Charlotte, and D. C. Your primary responsibility will be to proactively identify and secure new customer opportunities, ultimately aiming to finalize deals.

As a pivotal member of our quota-carrying team, you will engage with 30-40 potential customers each month, managing a pipeline of 50+ active leads. Your proactive outreach will involve working closely with C-suite executives and key decision-makers across sectors such as Finance and Banking, contributing directly to our expansion in the U. S. market.

Compensation: 55% base salary, 45% performance-based variable.
