We seek innovative and motivated candidates who possess:A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a closely related field. At least 2 years of experience in business development or sales, ideally within the eCommerce or logistics sector. A robust understanding of eCommerce logistics, market dynamics, and customer expectations. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. A proactive, results-driven approach with the ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.

As a member of our dynamic start-up environment, your days will be diverse and fast-paced. Expect to multitask as we leverage your unique skills across various priorities. Key responsibilities include:

Business Expansion

  • Assist Business Development Managers in recognizing new opportunities within the logistics sector.
  • Support in generating leads and broadening market coverage.
  • Coordinate pre-sales activities and create client engagement materials.

Solution & Proposal Development

  • Deliver logistics solutions to clients with professionalism.
  • Prepare comprehensive quotations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate and adheres to compliance standards.

Negotiation & Closing

  • Negotiate commercial terms effectively to secure profitable agreements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Customer Success, and Finance teams to guarantee seamless implementation.
