Role Overview: In this pivotal role, you will leverage your market expertise and customer-centric approach to transform potential opportunities into lasting partnerships. As our key sales driver in the logistics department, your primary responsibility will be to identify, cultivate, and expand business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Acquire and nurture new customers for logistics services including Sea Freight, Air Freight, Road Freight, and Oil & Gas logistics solutions.
Meet and surpass sales targets and business development KPIs.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, key stakeholders, and the sales team.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Design and implement strategic sales plans to maximize revenue and utilize internal resources effectively.
Assist in preparing proposals and quotations.
Collaborate with operations and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Candidates with a background in sea, air, or road forwarding will be given strong preference.
