At Boost, we are pioneering the onchain incentives layer for cryptocurrency applications. Our mission is to assist teams in designing and executing incentive programs that reward genuine onchain actions, thereby fostering sustainable revenue rather than superficial metrics.
As a compact and experienced team, we empower our Business Development Lead to take full ownership of the sales pipeline. This role encompasses identifying, closing, and nurturing relationships with protocols, chains, and applications that leverage Boost for their campaigns. You'll collaborate directly with founders and product teams to influence our market strategy and define our target audience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete sales pipeline – From sourcing leads to closing deals and launching campaigns, you will be involved in every stage without hand-offs.
Foster relationships within the ecosystem – Engage with L1s/L2s, DeFi protocols, wallets, NFT projects, and emerging onchain applications, quickly identifying key decision-makers.
Design tailored incentive campaigns – Collaborate with clients to create campaigns that align with their objectives, including user acquisition and governance participation.
Establish repeatable sales processes – Analyze successful conversions, effective messaging, and optimal deal structures, turning insights into actionable playbooks.
Collaborate with product and marketing teams – Relay client feedback and market insights to guide product development and coordinate marketing efforts.
Maintain ongoing client relationships – Oversee renewals, expansions, and performance reviews, acting as the primary contact for active partners.
Represent Boost within the ecosystem – Attend conferences, engage on social media, and participate in governance forums to enhance Boost's visibility.
