Qualifications
Key Responsibilities• Onboard a diverse range of doctors, particularly oncologists, gynecologists, and physicians, in the Delhi NCR region.• Actively engage with reputable doctors through calls, in-person meetings, and marketing materials to present the company's unique offerings.• Finalize agreements with doctors for patient referrals and ensure a seamless experience for both doctors and patients post-referral.• Collaborate with the central marketing and communications team to design and execute offline initiatives such as doctor workshops and talks.• Meet and exceed monthly patient and revenue targets.• Innovate and explore creative strategies to surpass your targets. Requirements• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role (mandatory).• Proven experience in the sales organization of a modern digital company (mandatory).• MBA preferred, but not mandatory.• Exceptional communication and articulation skills.• Ingrained respect while interacting with stakeholders, especially doctors.• Charismatic personality.• Strong work ethic and discipline.• Integrity and honesty in all dealings.
