How do you make an impact daily as a Business Development Manager for Transformations?
You actively expand your network through events, seminars, and other opportunities to generate new leads.
You identify leads and opportunities and follow up on incoming leads via various service lines, the website, colleagues, and more.
With enthusiasm, you engage these leads through relevant channels (phone, email, LinkedIn, Teams, in person, etc.).
You naturally establish connections and detect the right needs, knowing that you can always rely on your colleagues (business support, pre-sales, sales, etc.).
You present our services convincingly to our target audiences, primarily medium-sized businesses and integrators.
You assist in creating relevant sales support materials and contribute to the drafting and submission of RFPs: sometimes you take the lead, other times you manage everything from A to Z, and at other times, you provide support.
You tailor your guidance to clients, maintain contact closely, and take responsibility for finalizing collaboration agreements.
After concluding a collaboration agreement, you ensure effective knowledge transfer from the client and continue to oversee the project with the team.
You develop and maintain your network of relationships (key executives and local decision-makers).
With in-depth market knowledge, you collaborate on developing service offerings.
In addition to business development, you also manage back-office sales activities.
