We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager for one of Weekday's esteemed clients.
Salary Range: ₹1,000,000 - ₹2,000,000 (INR 10-20 LPA)
Minimum Experience Required: 2 years

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and nurture new business opportunities across retail, modern trade, quick commerce, HoReCa, and export sectors.
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with distributors, channel partners, and key accounts.
- Achieve sales growth targets to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue objectives.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing structures, and contracts with partners and clients effectively.
- Collaborate with production, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Conduct market analysis to track trends, competitor strategies, and customer feedback for strategic refinement.
- Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and management information systems (MIS) for executive review.
